Tuesday, September 24, 2024; Officers arrested Taylor Michelle Mills (26) after they received a call of Criminal Trespass at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mills had been warned to stay off the property several times. Officers warned her again and then observed her to return to the property. Mills was charged with Criminal Trespassing. After arrest she was found to be in possession of a vape pen containing THC oil. She was subsequently charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was booked uneventfully.
