On Apr. 7, Officers received a call of a disturbance in the 400 block of 4th SW. Upon arrival they met an 18 year old female victim who advised another family member, a 32 year old male, had struck her with a hammer on the arm. The victim was attended by Paris EMS. The suspect had already left the scene. Officers spoke with the victim and other family members. This incident is associated with an earlier alleged incident of sexual misbehavior at the same address earlier this week. The incident was turned over to Criminal Investigations Division for follow up.
Officers made 10 traffic stops, 1 adult arrest, and answered 105 calls for service for this reporting period.
