Paris Police are investigating after reports a man attempted to lure a child into a vehicle in the 500 block of E Washington around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
“Officers were told that an unknown, older white male in a white 4 door passenger car stopped near where the child was and attempted to talk the child into the vehicle,” said Paris Lt. John Berry.
The child ran away and police were later notified said Berry.
