The Paris Police Department is reminding residents to be diligent in locking their vehicles are several burglaries were reported over the past 24 hours.
“Paris Police received three reports of burglary of motor vehicles over the past 24 hour period,” said Officer Curtis Garrett.
Garrett said there is nothing linking the three incidents together, however, all the victims advised that they did leave their vehicles unlocked.
“We at the Paris Police Department encourage you to be more diligent in locking the doors to your vehicles and hiding all of your valuables and electronics before you walk away. Don’t become a victim.”
