Do you have what it takes to be a Paris Firefighter? The department has set an entrance exam date.
An examination will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. in the Paris Junior College McLemore Student Center Ballroom, 2400 Clarksville St., Paris, Texas for the position of Probationary Firefighter in the Paris Fire Department.
Applications and Study Guides may be obtained at the City of Paris Finance Office, 135 1st S.E., Paris, Texas 75460, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. All completed applications for testing must be received in the Civil Service Director’s Office by Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. A photo ID will be required prior to being admitted to the testing facility.
Applicants must be 21 and fulfill a variety of requirements.
