The Oak Ridge Boys are returning to lead singer, Duane Allen’s home area October 26th to perform for the Paris Boy’s and Girl’s Club Foundation benefit concert.

The Oak Ridge Boys are an American country and gospel vocal quartet founded in the 1940s as the Oak Ridge Quartet. They became popular in southern gospel during the 1950s and changed to the Oak Ridge Boys in the early 1960s, changing their image and concentrated on country music in the mid-1070’s.

The lineup which produced their most world-famous and most well-known country and crossover hits consists of Duane Allen (lead), Joe Bonsall (tenor), William Lee Golden (baritone), and Richard Sterban (bass).

The concert will be held at the Paris Junior High School Auditorium at 7:00 p.m.
