Nelda Faye Davis, 73, of the Caviness Community, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at her home.
Services are set for 10:00 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Rocky Burrow officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Davis, the daughter of Ray & Lometa Dorris Spencer, was born Nov. 29, 1947, in McKinney, Texas.
She loved to sew and was an excellent seamstress. Nelda enjoyed arts and crafts of any kind.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three children, Richard Bridges, Robert Bridges, and Christina Bridges Jackson, and her first husband, Richard Dale Bridges, Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley Davis, whom she married in 1982, children, Mark Bridges & wife Amy, Sherry Martin, Nathan Davis, and Amanda Morris, grandchildren, Cody Bridges, Ashley Bridges, Jack Jackson, Amber Jackson Chapa, Melissa Kelly, John Riter, David Bridges, and Kenny Dale, a great granddaughter, Kiana Lewis, siblings, Bobby Spencer, Roger Spencer, Ned Spencer, Becky Spencer, and Lorena Spencer along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
