Mrs. Rhonda Jo “Roo” Williams (Taylor), 67, died peacefully at Medical City Plano on September 25, 2018, surrounded by family in Plano, TX.

Rhonda’s beautiful life will forever be cherished by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Wallace “Jim” Williams, Jr. and her parents Max R. and Rebecca Gertrude Taylor. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Patrick (Scott), their two children, Maddison and Knox, of Allen, TX; son, Cory Lehtinen, his four children, Malarie, Austin, Zoey, and Zachary, and their mother Stacy Lehtinen of Princeton, TX; step-daughter, Becky Drury (Howard), their son Zachary of West Jordan, UT; step-daughter, Angie Richardson (Philip), her two children, Patrick Bethea (Shelby) of Allen, TX, and Lacie Bethea of Brenham, TX; and four great grandchildren. She will always be in the hearts of her brothers and sisters; Debi Bolyard (Glen) of Powderly, TX, Don Taylor (Pat) of Ben Wheeler, TX, and Ronald Taylor of Quanah, TX.

Rhonda was born on September 7, 1951 in Carthage, TX. She graduated from W.T. White in Dallas, TX. In 1993, she married the love of her life Jim Williams in Paris, TX.

Rhonda’s most recent career was Paris Family Physician’s Offices in Paris, TX as a Switchboard Operator. In 2011, Rhonda had an accident that left her paralyzed, but, she was still very active in her families, friends, and loved one’s lives. Rhonda was very passionate about life, lipstick, and Elvis Presley! She was an active and dedicated member of the Lamar Point Baptist Church prior to her accident.

Family and Friends Night scheduled for Friday, September 28, 2018 from 6-7 p.m. at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home in Paris, TX. Graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the open-air pavilion at Evergreen Cemetery in Paris, TX with Pastor Brad Crosswhite officiating the ceremony.
