Being a mom is easily one of the world’s most underappreciated jobs; that’s why psychologists are saying women should take a vacation from the work.

Mom’s work an average of 98 hours per week, according to a study by Welch’s Grape Juice, which is the equivalent of working two full-time jobs plus overtime.

Now, psychologists are saying, mothers who take just a two-day vacation can benefit their mental health, while also improving relationships with their spouse.

Psychology professor, Nava Silton, told FOX News ‘momcations,’ are on the rise. A ‘momcation’ is a vacation taken by a mother without her children or spouse.

Experts say taking a two-day vacation to recoup can make a difference and moms aren’t the only ones who will benefit.
