For many, the Memorial Day long weekend represents an unofficial start to summer but many businesses offer Memorial Day deals over the long weekend.
Here are Memorial Day restaurant deals, some for Veterans and some for everyone:
Wendy’s: Members of Veterans Advantage will get special coupon savings on patriotic holidays, including Memorial Day, as well as qualify for other Wendy’s discounts all year long.
Dairy Queen: Certain Dairy Queen locations offer military and veterans discounts, some up to 50% off select items or orders. But the discounts can vary by store; check with your local DQ for more information.
Walgreens: Veterans, military members and their families who have a myWalgreens membership can enjoy a 20% discount (with proof of service) from May 26 through May 29 at Walgreens stores. Restrictions apply.
Applebee’s: Get a $6 Sips On The Beach Cocktail at Applebee’s. For more deals visit Applebee’s online.
Arby’s: Arby’s has a limited time deal where you can get a free sandwich or burger. Just buy a burger online and you’ll get your next one for free. This deal is valid from May 28 – June 11 and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Burger King: Get 2 Whopper Jrs. for only $5 with a Burger King special valid for a limited time. You can actually mix and match between the various Whopper Jr. types. Choose from the following: Whopper Jr., BBQ Bacon Whopper Jr., or the Bacon and Swiss Whopper Jr. Burger King has the offer on its menu online.
Denny’s: America’s Biggest Breakfast is back at Denny’s for a limited time. The beloved Super Slam, which features two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs cooked to order, two bacon strips, two sausage links, and crispy hash browns, will be available all weekend long. You can get all that food for $7.99 ($9.99 in some higher cost locations).
Pizza Hut: Get a Personal Pan Pizza Party going at Pizza Hut with a free Personal Pizza when you buy any medium or large pizza at regular price for a limited time! The offer kicks off on May 19.
