It’s time for Paris’ Annual Mannequin Night, held once again at the square in downtown on Oct. 15, and this year’s family-friendly theme is Comic Cartoons and Storybooks. This event is free for everyone to attend.
“We are getting excited about this year’s event. We are working to make it the best Mannequin Night ever.”
Streets downtown will be closed from 5-9 p.m., and for trucks will line the streets, while live music fills the air.
During theMannequin Night, volunteers will be dressed in costumes and pose mannequin-like. Volunteers are asked to not dress as Disney Princesses.
The event will run from 6-8:30 p.m. with the kid-friendly Zombie Walk kicking off at about 6 p.m. There will also be a Ghost Walking Tour starting in downtown and end at the Maxey House.
Registration shows there are more than 50-mannequin’s set to be in character on the streets in downtown Paris. Characters expected to be Downtown Paris include the likes of SuperWoman, Joker, Green Lantern, Yellow Lantern, Stranger Things characters, The Flintstones, Team Rocket from Pokemon, Addams Family, Alice In Wonderland, Top Gun, and more.
