Paris police officers responded to the 1700 block of Hubbard Street around 4:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, regarding a warrant arrest.
“Officers made contact with 42-year-old, Phillip Pullins who was found to have an outstanding warrant for criminal non-support and a misdemeanor warrant,” said Paris Police Lt. John Berry.
Lt. Berry said Pullins was also found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Pullins was placed under arrest and taken to the Lamar County Jail where no bonds have been set.
