On Wednesday afternoon, around 12:37 p.m, Paris police officers responded to a warrant arrest in the 1400 block of Clarksville.
“Officers made contact with 49-year-old, Joe Finney who was found to have an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child/sexual contact,” said Paris Police Lt. John Berry.
The warrant stemmed from a case that was reported on April 11th, 2018, where an allegation was made that Finney had engaged in sexual
contact with a child under the age of 17.
Finney was placed under arrest.
