Linda Ann (Cruise) Abercrumbia, 77, of Garland, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, at Lexington Medical Lodge in Farmersville, Texas.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled service for 11:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2nd at Life Tabernacle Church in Cunningham with Rev. Frankie Norwood officiating. Burial will follow in Restland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Abercrumbia, the daughter of Benjamin Roscoe Cruise and Tommie Mae Robison Cruise, was born Nov. 25, 1947, in Cunningham, Texas. She attended Cunningham School. When Sam’s Club originated in Texas, she began her career and worked there more than 30 years before retiring.
Her parents and four siblings, Leonard Cruise, Monroe Cruise, James Cruise, and Jean Clayton, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two children, Jimmy Henderson and wife Jenny and Angela Henderson, grandchildren, Austin Henderson, Rachael Henderson, Andrea Glasscock, Ashley Henderson, Michael Henderson, Olivia Mandell, Hadley Henderson, Zoe Williams, and Sophia Mandell, 12 great grandchildren, and one sister, Betty Sharp along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
