Justiss Elementary recently announced their upcoming changes for registration and new student enrollment.
An announcement was made on their Facebook page, reminding parents that they need to complete the change by this Friday, Feb. 7.
“We are beginning the process of transitioning from paper to online Registration and New Student Enrollment. In order for you to access Parent Portal and the online Registration and New Student Enrollment, we need to have your email address on file at school. You will use this email address to create a Parent Portal account. If you have an existing account in txConnect, then you will use your existing username and password,” the school posted.
To allow parents or guardians to continue to utilize the email/text alert feature in Parent Portal the email address associated with their account, must be on file with the campus office where the student attends.
You will need to 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗼 email@example.com 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹.
Please include in your email:
- Your contact name as listed at your child’s campus
- Child’s name
- Child’s campus of enrollment
“You do not have to send separate emails if you have more than one child enrolled in Paris ISD. You may include all students in one email. Please note, each student must have the email address added in their home campus student software in order for you to receive the email/text alerts,” they advised.
Emails need to be sent 𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬, 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 they 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 their 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲.
