Paris ISD will today announce the new Elementary and Secondary ‘Teacher of the Year’ but before the announcement, wanted to recognize the six finalists.
The six candidates are:
Lamar County Head Start – Dacey Dingman
Thomas S Justiss Elementary – Lisa Prihoda
A.M. Aikin Elementary – Paula E cheverria
Crockett Intermediate School – Jessica Barber
Paris Junior High School – Arielle Chastain
Paris High School – Hope Anthony
Recognizing the outstanding educators within the school district is a momentous occasion, reflecting the dedication, creativity, and impact these teachers have on their students and the community.
“The selection process is challenging, given the high caliber of all six candidates—four remarkable elementary teachers and two exceptional secondary teachers. Each of these educators brings something unique to the table, showcasing their innovative teaching methods, their ability to inspire students and their unwavering dedication to the profession,” said Paris ISD online.
