Jay Arthur Simons, Jr., 39, of Paris, passed away Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at Paris Regional Health.
Memorial services are scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. B. K. Moody officiating.
Jay, the son of Jay Arthur Simons, Sr. and Robin Elaine Foster Simons, was born May 25, 1985, in Paris, TX. He graduated from Paris High School. He worked a number of years at Applebee’s before his health failed. Jay was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patsy Chamberlain and grandfather, Robert Foster.
Survivors include his wife, Tiffany Dunlap Simons, his parents, Robin and Jay Simons, 2 daughters, Brooklyn Simons and Elizabeth Howard, a brother, Cody Simons (Amber), a sister, Amber Spradlin (Rickey), grandfather, W.D. Chamberlain (Wanda), grandmother, Helen Foster, his father-in-law, James Dean Dunlap, his mother-in-law, Lisa Ondrej (John) and his grandmother-in-law, Wanda Turman, his grandmother-in-law and grandfather-in-law, Betty Dunlap and Billy Dunlap along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
