The inaugural Paris Classic Pickleball Tournament, presented by Thomas Ables & Associates held Nov. 1 & 2, raised $20,000 for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Paris.
“A heartfelt thank you to our presenting sponsor Thomas Ables & Associates, all of our sponsors, players, volunteers, and spectators that supported this event,” said event organizers.
The two-day tournament saw competitors come from near and far, which featured beginner, intermediate and advanced divisions for men and women.
The ‘Sue Hayes Pickleball Complex’ is an eight-court complex is located at the City of Paris Sports Complex and features lighting, wind fence, covered seating area for players and spectators, and is handicap accessible.
