After Mary’s passing, Stormy found love again with his high school sweetheart, Joyce. Their reunion brought him joy in his later years, and together they built a new chapter in Paris, Texas, where Harold cherished the tranquility and community of his new home.
Stormy is survived by his devoted wife, Joyce Mills, and his son, Chad Mills, who carries forward his father’s spirit. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his grandchildren: Michael Little, Audrey Mills, Sydney Mills, Henry Mills, Alex Mills, and Cecily Mills.
