For a second consecutive year, Hampton by Hilton – Paris, Texas continues to lead the way in hotel hospitality after receiving yet another “outstanding rating” during their annual Hilton Quality Assurance Inspection on Nov. 5.

The local hotel received a 95.88% score after an intense “white-glove” inspection; a rating only approximately 9% of the auditor’s hotel get.

“We pride ourselves on being the best and going above and beyond to make our guests feel special when they choose us, and that’s exactly what we aim to do,” said owner Mihir Pankaj.

Pankaj explained that Hilton auditors inspect hotels with a fine-tooth comb, not only inspecting the rooms but the common areas also.

“The inspection is based on many factors, some of which include safety of the hotel, cleanliness, and the reviews that are submitted by guests,” said Pankaj.

Auditors also examine food prep including temperatures, lights, fire drills, elevators and more.

“They will pick 9 random rooms when they arrive to inspect and we don’t know what rooms they will pick,” said hotel manager Laura Spencer.

Pankaj said that while this inspection was similar to the last one, it doesn’t get any easier, in fact, it gets harder because with time the hotel matures, therefore, staff must make sure to continue to maintain the best quality of goods to provide to their guests.

“Receiving this score means a lot to us,” said Pankaj. “Just because our staff works hard each and every day, and we do it for our guests. From ownership, we’d like to thank the management and our entire staff, because this would not have been achieved without their hard work night and day.”

Hampton by Hilton – Paris, Texas prides themselves on making their guests feel at home and expressed their gratitude to not only their guests but the community also.

“These are our two driving forces, and if it weren’t for either one of them, we wouldn’t be doing what we love.”
