Garry Don Black, 62, of Grant, OK, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, at Medical City of Plano.
The family has scheduled a memorial gathering for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 27th, at the Pavilion of Sander’s Cove “C” Loop at Pat Mayse Lake.
Cremation was under the care & direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
Garry, the son of Don Eugene & Estelle Matlock Black, was born July 3, 1955, in Paris.
He attended schools in Arthur City and Chicota. Garry’s career as a plumber spanned a number of years before his retirement.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Terri Kostman, a daughter, Tracey Black of Dallas, a son, Eric Black of Dallas, several grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, siblings; Tammy Jean Black of Paris, James Ralph Black of Arthur City, Wayne Black of Canton, Robert Black of Paris, Grayson Black of Paris and Julie Black of Dallas along with numerous nieces & nephews, a host of friends, and his beloved puppy, Misty.
The family request that no flowers or plants be sent but that a donation to the charity of one’s choice is preferred.
