Lamar County commissioners will be holding a FREE trash day for residents to help them rid their yards of unwanted rubbish.
The drop off’s in the county will have two dumpsters at each location and be available from 8 a.m. through till 12 p.m. this Saturday, June 15.
Pct. 1 trash drop off will be at the county barn in Pattonville located directly behind M and M Store.
Pct. 2 trash drop off will be at the feed mill located on the west side in Roxton.
Pct. 3 trash drop off will be at the county barn off FM 79.
Pct. 4 trash drop off will be at the old county barn off FM 195.
One dumpster will also be put out behind the Deport City Hall. No hazardous materials, tires or coolants will be accepted.
