The North Lamar ISD Class of 2026 took a walk down memory lane this week during the annual Senior Walk tradition, visiting each campus in their caps and gowns.
Seniors traveled the halls where their educational journeys began, greeted by cheers, high-fives, and hugs from students, teachers, and staff. Younger Panthers lined the hallways, looking on with excitement and admiration as they caught a glimpse of what their own futures could hold.
One of the highlights of the day took place at North Lamar Intermediate, where seniors embraced their inner child by taking a trip down the slide.
As graduation approaches, the Senior Walk stands as a bittersweet reminder that while these students are preparing to take their next steps, they will always be a part of the North Lamar family.
Graduation for the Class of 2026 will be held Friday, May 23 at 8:00 p.m. at R.L. Maddox Stadium.
