Saturday, Chisum High School students took home first place in the UIL District 12-3A One-Act Play contest in Sulphur Springs.
Performing their production of Unexpected Tenderness, the students placed first and advanced to the Bi-District contest, held later this month.
- Brianna Thompson, stage manager, was named to the All-Star Crew;
- Evan Braziel was named Honorable Mention All-Star Cast;
- Hayden Braziel was selected to the All-Star Cast;
- Haylie Boyd received the Outstanding Performer Award;
The Chisum One-Act Play is directed by Keith McNeal and is assisted by Jennifer Cullum.
