Fright Fight is back for its third round this Halloween season, featuring hauntedly decorated houses in and around Reno and Blossom.
Hosted by the Reno Parks and Trail Committee, Afterlife Haunt and Greater Blossom Development Association, Fright Fight Contest entry is free and to qualify for the contest, simply register here or call 903-785-6581 by Oct. 21. Registration, open to Reno and Blossom residents, online is available until midnight on Oct. 21.
“Help us make this year’s contest bigger and better than ever,” Amanda Willows, Reno Parks and Trail Committee member said. “We hope that everyone who decorates will enter the contest. Even if they aren’t interested in competing, entering will add them to the map so that families can drive around and enjoy all the awesome displays. It’s a fun and safe way to spend time with family and enjoy Halloween.”
Displays must be visible from the roadway, and judging will take place on Oct. 29, and winners will be announced at Reno’s Monster Mash on Oct. 30.
Prizes will be awarded for the most original, scariest display, best animated and people’s choice.
