Aldi announced Thursday its dropping prices on more than 400 products through Labor Day.
The discounts will apply across all departments, including meat, product, and pantry.
Last year, the discount grocery store dropped prices on around 250 products, but as part of its initiative for consumers to save $100 million, Aldi upped the number of items receiving a price cut.
“This isn’t a one-week sale, this isn’t a high-low. We’re investing in these retails for the summer. We want our customers to come in week after week and have the same price and not have it go up and down all the time,” said Chief Commercial Officer Scott Patton.
