On Apr. 23, Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of SE 34th in regards to a welfare concern. A female was knocking on doors and stating that she had been assaulted by a boyfriend. Officers located and made contact with Chelsea Ranea Moore of Paris who advised officers she was under the influence of narcotics. Moore refused to give any information on the reported assaults she had reported to residents in the area. A warrant check revealed that Moore had a Misdemeanor warrant for Public Intoxication as well as a Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was arrested and booked without incident.
