Sylvia Lynn Edwards, 73, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Honey Grove Nursing Center.
Funeral services have been set for Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM at The Gathering Place, located at 1396 HWY 82 W. in Clarksville. Interment will follow at Turner Cemetery in Fulbright. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time.
Sylvia was born in Ladonia, Texas, on May 12, 1952, to Nelson and Dollie Stover. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She is survived by her children, Richard Lee Stover of Clarksville, Jennifer Sharee Stover Cabler of Clarksville, Jeff Aaron Stover of Blossom; grandchildren, Christopher Cabler and wife Lauren, Caitlin Travillion, Leah Chamberlain and husband Colton; great-grandbabies, Tony Travillion and Becca Travillion; brother, David Stover and wife Mary of Balch Springs, Texas; sister, Dolly McKnight of Bogata; nephews, Ken and Charles Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Glenda Farrar.
Brother Danny Hoskins will officiate.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Joseph Brown. Charlie Brown, Charles Brown, Jonathan Froelich, Cory May and Wesley Hines. Honorary Pallbearers are Jeffery Erck and Timothy Cantrell.
