For 84 years, the women of Our Lady’s Guild at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church have hosted one of the city’s longest-running spring traditions — the annual Guild Luncheon.
The Guild ladies live out their love of Jesus Christ supporting the parish through a variety of projects and services while also contributing to community outreach efforts such as Care and Share Shower, Church Women United and local food programs.
The luncheon remains a popular community event, with many attendees returning each year for the food and fellowship.
The menu continues a long-standing tradition of homemade dishes and fresh floral table settings.
The “Death by Chocolate” dessert returns again this year, along with street corn, which was introduced last year and quickly became a favorite.
Today, the Guild includes 63 members who continue a tradition of service established generations ago. After 84 years, the organization continues to reflect the values of faith, fellowship, and service.
This year’s luncheon will be held April 25, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
Tickets are $12 and will be available in advance or at the door.
Pre-packaged meals will also be available for takeout. For more information, call (903) 784-1000.
