The 39th annual Alumni Ambassador Forum celebrated standout East Texas A&M alumni.
The East Texas A&M University Alumni Association celebrated 25 new Alumni Ambassadors at the 2025 Alumni Ambassador Forum on Tuesday, March 25. The ceremony was held in the Rayburn Student Center on the East Texas A&M campus.
An Alumni Ambassador is the highest honor an academic department bestows on an East Texas A&M alumnus. Department heads nominate honorees based on their achievements in their careers and communities, and impactful contributions to the university.
Alumni Engagement Director Amanda Lowe said this year’s ambassadors are truly exceptional.
“Their journeys and accomplishments are awe-inspiring, and their stories are a testament to the transformative power of East Texas A&M University—a place that produces high-quality leaders across every discipline,” she said.
On the day of the forum, the new Alumni Ambassadors visited with students and faculty in their respective colleges across the university, sharing their professional insights and forming connections with the Lion community.
