On Monday, August 4, 2026, at approximately 1:44 p.m., officers with the Paris Police Department responded to the 3200 block of Clarksville Street after receiving information that a wanted individual with multiple outstanding felony warrants was at that location.
Upon arrival, officers located the individual and took them into custody without incident. The subject was wanted on three felony warrants for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity issued by Fannin County, one felony warrant for Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear, and one felony warrant from Lamar County for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2, in an amount of 4 grams or more but less than 400 grams.
Following the arrest, the subject was booked and processed without incident before being transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
Officers made 22 traffic stops, 2 adult arrests, and answered 71 calls for service during this reporting period.
