Calling all Buc-ee’s lovers!! Texas’ favorite gas station is set to open in Royse City this month.

The beloved convenience store and travel center will open it’s fifth North Texas location on June 17th.

“The legendary roadside refuge for travelers is bringing all the goodness Buc-ee’s is famous for world-class Texas Round Up® barbeque, tasty beef jerky, homemade fudge, and don’t forget those delicious Beaver Nuggets. Buc-ee’s, known across the country for being clean, friendly, and always in stock, is excited to make its newest home in Royse City,” said the company in a press release.

Until recently, the nearest Buc-ee’s was over 100 miles away for Lamar County residents, however, that changed in April when the gas station opened in Melissa. Now, Buc-ee’s lovers in Paris have two locations to choose from within 100 miles.

Buc-ee’s was founded in 1982 and operated 36 stores in Texas and Alabama, including the New Braunfels location, which is the largest convenience store in the world.

The new Buc-ee’s will open on June 17 at 6 a.m. at 5005 E. Interstate 30.
