First responders worked for nearly six hours to free two men who were killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Tuesday, said Oklahoma Highway Patrol in its report.
The report states that around 6:35 p.m. on July 11, a 2012 Ford F-250 was traveling at an unsafe speed north on Couty Road N 4220 in Grant, Oklahoma, when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The pickup truck left the road, rolled and struck a tree.
Both the driver, 27-year old Armaney Jackson of Hugo, and the passenger, 39-year old Kevin Wallace of Hugo, were pronounced deceased at the scene by Choctaw County EMS.
The report states that both occupants were pinned inside the vehicle for “approximately six hours” before freed by the Hugo Fire Department.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol of the Choctaw County detachment of Troop E, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Choctaw County EMS, Hugo Police Department, and Hugo Fire Department all responded to the wreck.
