Around 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, Paris police officers made contact with 55-year-old Roger Hines and 41-year-old Jamie Hays while assisting the Lamar County Probation Department in the 600 block of S.Main.
“Hines and Hays were found to be in possession of less that one gram of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia,” said Paris Police Lt. John Berry.
Hines and Hays were placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge.
