Traci Gayle Friday Tolbert, 53, of Paris, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018, at her home.
Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Aldridge officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
Traci, the daughter of Billy & Mary Barnes Friday, was born Nov. 12, 1964, in Paris. She graduated from Paris High School and moved to Dallas. There she worked a period of time for the Tool Products Company before beginning a career as a jailer for the DeSoto Police Department and later the Duncanville Police Department. In 2011, she moved back to Paris.
Traci was preceded in death by her parents, Billy & Mary Friday, a brother, Larry Pruett, and a sister, Kenda Friday.
Survivors include two sons; Clint Tolbert & wife Brooke and Mason Tolbert & fiancé Katelynn all of Seagoville, grandchildren who were the light of her life; Cadence, Emma, Brayden, Hunter and Adalynn, two sisters; Sharon Berry & husband Darrell of Paris and Paula Pruett of Van Alstyne, several nieces & nephews including a very special nephew, Sean Friday, along with a host of friends.
