Saturday, December 2nd, marks the highlight of the event. The official cook-off commences, and with a $10,000 prize pool up for grabs, the competition promises to be fierce. Contestants will showcase their skills in a variety of categories, including Pork Butt, Chicken, Ribs, Turkey, and Brisket. For those who want to make the most of their Texas BBQ Blowout experience, there are 57 RV spot hook-ups available with water and electricity. However, these spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to register early to secure your place in BBQ paradise.
