Ruth Embrey was born on August 26, 1924 to parents, Peter Johnston and Carlottie Sparks Johnston in Hamer, Idaho.
She married Rene Embrey in 1943 and they were married for 63 years until his passing. Ruth was a homemaker and mother who loved to read.
She is survived by her sons; Darrell and Vernon Embrey and a daughter; Dorothy Pedigrew as well as 9 grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery in Deport on Friday, May 21 at 11:00 AM.
