It is time to dust off those running shoes and gear up for United Way of Lamar County’s Run United 5K is set for Saturday, May 8 at 8 a.m. at Pine Ridge Golf Course, 5615 Pine Mill Rd.
Pre-registration for the Run United 5K is $25 and $10 for students. The pre-registration fee includes a race T-shirt.

Registration is also available at United Way’s office, 2340 Lamar Ave.
Children already participating in the Kids Marathon will run for free during the 5K.
The day-of registration fee is $35 and begins at 7:30 a.m.
