On Tuesday, the Paris Economic Development Corp. recognized former Mayor Reginald B. Hughes for his time and service to the City of Paris as Mayor and Councilmember.
This award acknowledges Reginald’s steadfast support of economic development and the growth of our community over the last four years. Deputy District Director for Congressman Fallon, Erik Simien, also presented Reginald with a certificate and American Flag.
