South Main Iron is hosting Paris Steak Wars in downtown Paris, Texas this April featuring food, live music, drinks, and fun for the family. Paris Steak Wars in 2021 brought in more than $15,000 for The Boys and Girls Club of Paris.
This year’s Paris Steak Wars event will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022, on South Main Street and a pre-party the evening before on April 8, 2022, featuring live music by Common Ground and beverages available for purchase by Paris Mobile Bar.
Paris Steak Wars will feature up to 40 teams facing off to claim the title for Steak Wars Champ in our community. Spaces to compete are limited and those interested in registering their four-man team are encouraged to lock in their spot as soon as possible.
This rare event is a prime opportunity to experience downtown Paris with hundreds of other show-goers taking advantage of quality bands, cold beverages, steak tastings, a potato bar, and food trucks along with other activities being added daily. This is a family-friendly event welcoming all ages.
“We absolutely love how much this community supports events like these. With last year’s turnout, we expect another successful day supporting The Boys and Girls Club. We have some amazing live music by Sons of Fannin, Rue 82, and Silver Walker Band taking the stage. Rigby’s Cigars will be on-site, and a whole lot more.” said Director of Operations, Kris Estep
This year, the Boys and Girls Club of Paris, Texas has been selected again to benefit from the proceeds of the event.
“The event is completely free to attend; however, one wrist-band purchase will get you access to taste steak from each team as well as the accompanying potato bar,” said Estep. “We’ll have Paris Mobile Bar, live music and several other vendors featured throughout the day.”
