Paris Police responded to a theft of a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of N Main St at 8:37 A.M. on October 27, 2022. The victim reported that a white 2003 Ford F-350 pulling a gooseneck trailer loaded with a dirt racing car had been stolen from that location sometime overnight. Later in the day, the officer received notification that the trailer and race car had been located and recovered in Oklahoma. The investigation continues.
At 4:22 P.M. on October 27, 2022, Paris Police responded to a burglary of a residence in the 2500 block of SE 3rd St.. The victim reported that someone had broken a window on the back side of the residence to gain entry. The victim reported that an i-Pad had been stolen. The incident is under investigation.
