Paris Police spoke with a victim of a theft at 7:28 P.M. on May 18, 2022 via telephone. The victim reported that they had been in Paris on May 5, 2022 to return some property to an ex-boyfriend. The victim reported that she had slept in her vehicle that night before returning to her residence. She has since discovered that someone had entered her vehicle while she was asleep and had stolen a handgun. The victim also reported that she had received a message advising that the ex-boyfriend had shot her dog. The investigation continues.
