On Mar. 7, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense in the 2000block of SW 19th St. He made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Decarlos Devance Williams (35). Williams was found to have an active warrant for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle and with a Deadly Weapon. Williams was arrested for the charge without incident. He was booked and taken to county jail.
