On Jan. 7, Officers responded to the Probation Office and took Misty Michelle Miller (46) into custody. Miller had an outstanding warrant out of Lamar County for Motion to Adjudicate Guilt on a previous Possession of a Controlled Substance Offense. She was booked and placed in county jail.
On Jan. 7, Officers arrested Ronnie Dante Snowton (40) on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Deadly Conduct (Discharging a Firearm), and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Snowton voluntarily surrendered himself at the Paris Police Department. The arrest is a result of an incident occurring on December 31, 2025 in the 100 block of NW 3rd in which Snowton and another individual were involved in a disturbance that culminated in both subjects exchanging gunfire and injuring each other. Snowton was booked without incident and transferred to Lamar County Jail.
Officers made 39 traffic stops, 6 adult arrest, and answered 82 calls for service during this reporting period.
