On Jan. 27, Officers responded to a subject unconscious in a vehicle in the 1300 block of NE Loop 286 at a business. When officers arrived they found Richard Raymond Dixon (53) of Reno, asleep in his vehicle. Officers observed a glass pipe commonly used for smoking narcotics inside the vehicle. Officers were able to rouse Dixon and have him exit the vehicle. Dixon was observed to attempt to hide the pipe as he exited the vehicle. Dixon confessed to using narcotics from the observed pipe. Officers took possession of the pipe and located a usable amount of narcotics still inside it. Dixon was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was booked without incident.
On Jan. 27, an officer stopped a vehicle for a moving violation in the 1000 block of SE 8th Street. The officer recognized a passenger in the vehicle as Dequarron Dewantrell Hall (30) of Paris. Hall had an outstanding warrant for Burglary of Habitation, a Felony. He was arrested without incident.
Officers made 30 traffic stops, 2 adult arrest, and answered 83 calls for service for this reporting period.
