On Jan. 22, on January 15, 2026,the department was notified of a theft occurring in the 2500 block of N. Main. Two subjects entered the business and stole food and beverages. They left the store without attempting to pay for the property then left the parking lot in separate vehicles. Through investigation, patrol officers were able to identify the suspects. The case was further investigated by Detectives and warrants were obtained for the suspects. On January 22, 2025, Thomas Ryan Manginell (33) was arrested in the 400 block of NE 35th on the charge of Theft under $2500.00 with two prior convictions, a Felony. He was booked without incident and placed in jail.
On Jan. 22, Officers responded to a disturbance call in the 3900 block of Clarksville St. One of the subjects involved in the disturbance was found to have outstanding warrants. Sara Marie Reed (19) was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant. The original charge was Possession of a Controlled Substance. Reed was booked and taken to county jail.
Officers made 40 traffic stops, 7 adult arrest, and answered 95 calls for service during this reporting period.
