A man was arrested on a felony drug charge Tuesday after Paris police responded to a report of a naked man running down the street.
On Sept. 1, officers with the Paris Police Department were dispatched following the report and located the man in the backyard of a residence in the 200 block of NW 12th Street.
During the investigation, officers located the man’s clothing and discovered a glass pipe containing less than one gram of a substance suspected to be methamphetamine.
The man was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, Less Than One Gram, a state jail felony.
He was transported to the Lamar County Jail, where he was booked and processed without incident.
