The Paris Police Department has released surveillance video of an individual they believe to be involved in the theft of a maroon 2014 Nissan Altima from Orr Honda on August 19th.
The individual in the video below is involved in a similar theft of a vehicle from a dealership in the Tyler area.
He is described as a black male, heavy set with bleached hair.
In the theft in Paris, he was accompanied by a slender black female.
