Members of the Paris Study Garden Club presented a check to the Stone Middle School Garden Science program for their rose garden project.
Visionary instructors Martin Bryant, third from left, and Joseph Tellez, far right, wrote a proposal that would help fund a teaching rose garden. The rose garden will be in an area highly visible by those passing by the middle school or through the North Lamar campus.
On campus to present the $400 check are Garden Study Club members Robbie Terry, treasurer,Alix Putnam, secretary, Bryant, Anne Biard, president, Lindsey Harper, Pamela Brown, Kim Kozel, principal Kelli Stewart and Tellez.
