The Paris Fire Department will be holding an examination on Feb. 24, 2026, at 5 p.m. for a Firefighter/EMT-B.
Starting salary s $51,367 + $10,000 stipend.
Benefits include 48/96 schedule, :1 tmrs retirement, certificate pay, civil service, assignment pay for specialist teams, TIFMAS deployments, annual leave (180 vacation hours/144 holiday leave hours), first responder only, and 4,500+ incidents yearly.

All complete applications for testing must be received in the Civil Service Directors Office by Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, at 5 p.m. **A photo ID will be required prior to being admitted to the testing facility**
